    2. Write down the toll-free and collect Cardmember Service phone numbers for your credit and check cards in your wallet.
      • You can find this information on the back of your card, or you can click Contact Us.
      • Store this information with your travel documents or on your mobile phone in case your card or wallet gets lost or stolen.
      • Use the collect phone number when you travel internationally.
  • Foreign Transaction Fees

  • Common Questions

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen while traveling abroad?

If your card is lost or stolen while traveling outside of the U.S., immediately contact Cardmember Service. We will assist you in replacing your lost or stolen card.

Do I need a PIN (Personal Identification Number) to obtain a cash advance using my card? How do I obtain a PIN?

A PIN is required to obtain a cash advance from an ATM. A PIN is not required for cash advances that are obtained in person at a branch of a financial institution.
